Financial due diligence
Financial due diligence for buyers and sellers of Swedish small and medium-sized companies. Our advisory services are supported by Quickinsight's proprietary excel add-in that automatically creates a structured financial data book from SIE-files (raw accounting data).

We also provide advice on LOI (letter of intent) and SPA (share purchase agreement) particularly regarding the definition of net debt and working capital including trade-offs between different purchase price mechanisms such as locked box or completion accounts.

Quickinsight also have a colaboration with DMPC AB that offers M&A advisory services, independent company valuations and financial modelling.
Financial data books
Do you have SIE 4 files or raw account data in excel that need to be quickly converted into a structured data book? Quickinsight's excel addin creates a data book with an income statement including cost breakdowns and balance sheet including classification of net working capital and net debt. The verification data is further automatically analyzed to identify potential one-off items.
