Quickinsight has assisted FPI Group AB with financial due diligence och tax due diligence (through a partner) in connection with the acquisition of Nordic Labtech AB.

Nordic Labtech AB develops solutions for controlled laboratory environments, with a particular focus on LAF (Laminar Air Flow) products, as well as a range of complementary and related laboratory equipment categories. The company’s products are used in research, the pharmaceutical industry, and healthcare.

FPI is an investment company that acts as the principal owner of smalland medium-sized niche leaders in the Nordic region. The focus is on the industrial development of its subsidiaries, and FPI has an unlimited ownership horizon. FPI was founded by the families behind Mellby Gård AB, Profura AB and Santhe Dahl Invest AB.
